• BS/BA in Medical Technology, Chemistry or Biology (or related field).
• ASCP Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform test procedures of moderate/high complexity with independent judgement.
• Troubleshoot instruments and procedures; support quality control and process improvement.
• Report test results according to SOPs and maintain records.
• Adhere to lab safety, specimen handling, and data documentation requirements.
• Enter results into Laboratory Information System for physician review.
• Assist with training of other personnel and respond to inquiries.
