Job summary

The United States Army Reserve is seeking new Soldiers to enlist as MLRS/HIMARS crewmembers (13M). You will operate and maintain the MLRS and HIMARS systems, supporting infantry and armor units in rapid, accurate strikes. This is an entry level position with no prior experience required.

Training is comprehensive, with bonuses up to $25,000, plus access to education benefits, healthcare, and housing programs for servicemembers and families.

Qualifications

• Citizen or permanent resident with valid Green Card required.
• Age 17–34 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED meeting entry standards.
• Tattoo guidelines must be met and no major law violations.
• No medical concerns preventing service.
• Enlistment bonuses up to $25K; not a civilian contractor position.

Responsibilities

• Enlist as a Soldier and operate the MLRS/HIMARS crewmember role (13M).
• Maintain and operate the MLRS and HIMARS systems in training and deployment.
• Support infantry and tank units and supplement cannon artillery operations.
• Learn vehicle and weapons operations with ongoing training and certifications.
