Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a junior to mid-level software developer for the Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) project. You will work in a 100% employee-owned environment on AI/ML tasks, including model training automation and scalable architecture design.

The role requires Go, Python, JavaScript, and Vue.js skills, with AWS/S3 or similar storage awareness and Docker familiarity. A BS in engineering/science/technical discipline is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Go, Python, JavaScript, and Vue.js in development.
• Experience with data storage and retrieval using databases and cloud storage.
• Foundational AI/ML knowledge and ML lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring).
• Understanding CPU/GPU usage for ML and model training.

Responsibilities

• Expand and enhance automation within the MLOps ecosystem.
• Automate model training processes to ensure repeatability.
• Design scalable data/model architectures and manage configurations.
