Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a junior to mid-level software developer to contribute to our Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) project in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

The role emphasizes AI/ML fundamentals, hands-on development, and integrating tools across the ML lifecycle. You will work with Go, Python, JavaScript, and Vue.js to automate training, deployment, and monitoring, while leveraging Docker, databases, and storage services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Go, Python, JavaScript, and Vue.js.
• Understanding of data storage with databases, S3 or similar storage.
• AI/ML knowledge including model lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, monitoring).
• Understanding CPU and GPU use for ML and model training.
• Experience integrating SDKs and APIs with existing toolsets.

Responsibilities

• Expand and enhance automation in the MLOps ecosystem.
• Automate model training processes for repeatability.
• Design scalable architecture using data and model requirements.
• Inject configuration management of data sources and model output.
