Infosys is seeking a AI/ML OPS Engineer with strong background in designing and deploying machine learning models using MLOPS framework. Ideal candidate will work with clients to understand the issues they face, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution deployment on Azure ML. One will also have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions for clients by connecting various functions of cloud components. Ideally the candidate uses understanding of the problem to arrive at multiple solution alternatives keeping in mind the various stakeholders and assess the pros and cons of all the alternatives to arrive at the optimal solution.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must live within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, Raleigh, NC, Tempe, AZ, Hartford, CT, Indianapolis, IN, or be willing to relocate. This position may require travel in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology
• Experience in AI, MLOPS, LLM, NLP, GENERATIVE AI, APIs
• Experience in Real time data retrieval, LLM Reinforcement learning
• Experience Python Programming for ML Model deployment with clean code standards, AI model deployment to production
• Experience in AZURE or GCP Cloud environment
• Professional experience setting up MLOPs Framework, monitoring and dashboarding of MLOPs runs
• At least 2 years of implementation experience in DevOps
• At least 2 years of experience in MLOPS Framework, industry standards and operations KPI

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiar with Techniques – LoRA, PEFT, RLHF,
• Familiar with Tools - Arize, Aporia, Dynatrace
• Familiar with Vector Databases - Pinecode, Weaviate
• Experienced in Agile way of working, manage team effort and track through JIRA
• High Impact client communication
• Experience in Test Driven Development and experience in using Pytest frameworks, git version control, Rest APIs
