Job summary

ICW Group is seeking an accomplished MLOps Engineer II to design, develop, and operate scalable machine learning infrastructure on AWS. You will productionize ML models, build robust deployment pipelines, and collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver reliable ML solutions.

The role emphasizes strong Python coding, IaC, and cost-aware operations, with a focus on security, governance, and scalable ML platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or MLOps.
• Strong Python for automation and data processing pipelines.
• Hands-on AWS experience including SageMaker, Lambda, S3, and CI/CD tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable ML pipelines on AWS.
• Develop deployment frameworks for real-time and batch inference.
• Create Python tools for data processing and ML orchestration.
• Build CI/CD pipelines for ML systems using GitHub and AWS tools.
• Use IaC to provision infrastructure (CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for production ML.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy models.
• Lead AI/ML FinOps practices to optimize compute and storage costs.
