Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking an MLOps Engineer to deploy, scale, and monitor computer vision models in production on Azure, handling real-time image streams from thousands of edge cameras. You will own end-to-end deployment pipelines, model lifecycle, and production telemetry, collaborating with data scientists to translate experimental work into robust, scalable solutions.

3+ years in MLOps/DevOps or related fields, a CS/software engineering degree, and Dallas-based or willing to relocate with 3

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in MLOps, DevOps, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, or open to relocating to Dallas. Office attendance: 3 days/week.
• Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US; we do not sponsor visas at this time.

Responsibilities

• Resource & Cost Optimization: Lead GPU compute efficiency and infra cost-reduction strategies.
• End-to-End Deployment: Own the complete lifecycle from experimentation to production deployment.
• Infrastructure & Pipelines: Build and scale ingestion and inference pipelines using Azure Data Factory and CI/CD workflows.
• Edge & Cloud Deployment: Manage cloud-based and edge GPU deployment for select use cases.
• System Stability & Monitoring: Implement production monitoring, dashboards, and drift detection.
• Model Lifecycle Management: Track experiments and version models to ensure reproducibility.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with data scientists to translate experiments into production-ready solutions.
