AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an experienced MLOps Engineer to deploy, scale, and monitor computer vision models in production on Azure, handling real-time image streams from thousands of edge cameras. The role requires relocation to Dallas with office attendance three days per week.

You will own end-to-end deployment, build robust pipelines, and optimize GPU compute and infrastructure costs. Strong Azure AKS and CI/CD expertise are essential for production success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in MLOps, DevOps, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, or open to relocating to Dallas. Office attendance: 3 days/week.
• MLOps Core: Production model serving behind REST/gRPC APIs with end-to-end backend pipeline ownership.
• Computer Vision: Working exposure to CV/image data in production.
• Infrastructure & Cloud: Strong Azure-focused experience using AKS, Azure DevOps, and Azure data stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead GPU compute efficiency and infrastructure cost-reduction strategies on AKS.
• Own the complete lifecycle transition from AI/ML experimentation to production deployment.
• Build, maintain, and scale ingestion and inference pipelines for high-volume image streams using Azure Data Factory and cloud storage.
• Architect and manage large-scale cloud-based model inference environments with edge deployment support.
• Implement robust production monitoring, dashboards, and drift detection to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
• Manage experiment tracking and model versioning for reproducibility in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI researchers to productionize experimental models.
