Chefman is seeking an MLOps/DevOps Engineer to design and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure and MLOps pipelines. You will collaborate with ML engineers to enable AI development, deploy models, and ensure reliability across production environments.

The role emphasizes automation, cost optimization, observability, and scalable architectures with Bedrock and foundation models. A strong background in cloud-native systems and scripting is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MLOps, DevOps, SRE, or related software roles.
• Strong hands-on AWS and cloud-native architecture experience.
• Experience building AI/ML platforms in AWS environments.
• Experience with Terraform for IaC implementation.
• CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation expertise.
• Proficient in Python or Bash scripting.
• Monitoring, logging, observability, and ops tooling expertise.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Create and manage MLOps infra for model training, deployment, monitoring.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to enable AI development and deployment.
• Support Generative AI initiatives with Bedrock and related AI services.
• Build and manage IaC using Terraform for repeatable environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting across platforms.
• Improve engineering processes, reduce manual work, and enhance reliability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployments.
• Optimize cloud environments for cost, performance, and availability.
• Support security, backup, disaster recovery, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot infra, deployment, and app issues across environments.
• Document architecture, processes, and engineering standards.
• Contribute to DevOps, MLOps, cloud, and AI operations best practices.
