Job summary

Stellantis is offering an in-person MLM internship at one of our Metro-Detroit, MI or Kokomo, IN plants. The role supports daily production by handling material receiving and delivery, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with plant teams.

The program runs May–August 2027, includes mentorship, networking, and exposure to LEAN processes, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics or a Manufacturing-related program.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
• Willingness to relocate for internship.
• Completion of freshman year or higher by Spring 2027.
• Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with material receiving and delivery activities to support daily production targets.
• Troubleshoot problems as they arise and allocate resources to resolve issues without impacting throughput.
• Collaborate with hourly and bargaining employees on operational tasks.
