Job summary
The Stellantis MLM Internship Program offers hands-on experience in material logistics, supporting daily plant production in Metro-Detroit, Kokomo, or Auburn Hills. Interns work on real projects, learn from mentors, and participate in networking events while developing practical skills in logistics and manufacturing.
Interns are exposed to cutting-edge projects, collaborative teams, and structured workshops.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics or manufacturing-related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internship.
- Willingness to relocate for internship.
- Completion of freshman year or higher by Spring 2027.
- Must be willing and able to work in a plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with material receiving and delivery activities to support daily production targets.
- Troubleshoot problems and allocate resources to resolve issues without impacting throughput.
- Collaborate with hourly bargaining employees and MLM team.
- Support daily production and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
