  1. Customs and Warehouse daily operations planning and management
  2. Familiar with customs laws and regulations, familiar with international trade terms with cost management awareness, good negotiation skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Customs and Warehouse organization planning and operations
  2. Customs compliance process evaluation
  3. Responsible for customs clearance and import of materials and equipment for the factory
  4. Design and optimize warehouse layout to improve space utilization and operational efficiency
  5. Materials & finished goods in/out/storage management, monitoring inventory accuracy and turnover rate
  6. Safety supervision and assurance, formulating and implementing warehouse safety regulations (such as fire inspections, cargo stacking standards)

Education and work experience

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher, Major in Logistics Management, International Trade, Business Administration,Economics
  2. Ability to have Bilingual skills in Chinese and English
  3. Over 2 years of experience in customs or WH in the manufacturing industry

Supervision
Having 23HC direct reports and the title of the direct reports are Engineer and technician
Working conditions

  • Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
  • This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.
