• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to move quickly and make informed decisions in weather-affected situations and during schedule changes.
• Commitment to producing an elite MLB-quality playing surface.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field maintenance and crew management.
• Assist with planning, execution and supervision of turf maintenance activities.
• Support administration tasks including labor budget and crew scheduling.
• Help manage training and scheduling of grounds and tarp crews.
• Prepare field for games, batting practice, and events while ensuring MLB safety standards.
