Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant III to join the Anatomic Pathology team at Baptist Jacksonville. This full-time day shift position runs 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexible availability to cover other shifts as needed.

You will handle pre- and post-analytical tasks, collect blood specimens, and communicate results to physicians and caregivers. A High School diploma is required, with an Associate's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Ability to communicate laboratory results to physicians and caregivers.

Responsibilities
