Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant II for our Lab Outreach team at Baptist Jacksonville. This full-time, day-shift role (8:00am–1:00pm, Monday–Friday) involves handling pre- and post-analytical lab work and collecting blood specimens across Northeast Florida.

Responsibilities include communicating results to physicians and caregivers, and performing clerical duties associated with specimen processing. A high school diploma is required, with healthcare experience preferred.
