Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a M.Sc. or Ph.D. program in computer science or in a related field during the course of the internship.
• Strong programming skills with backend focus; production codebase uses Python, PySpark and PyTorch.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion to learn and grow in ML and software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Translate product needs into mathematical formulations (models) and ship them to production with a small team.
• Design scalable ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
• Stay up-to-date with ML research and apply it to Rippling products.
