Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Software/Data Engineer to contribute to medium-term machine learning projects and build reusable tools for the Toolkit Team. You will write Python, work with Docker, and help move models from prototype to production while collaborating with data scientists and engineers.

You should enjoy autonomy, have strong software engineering foundations, and thrive in a Linux environment with modern tooling and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Programming experience required; mainly Python; familiarity with lower-level languages is a plus.
• Software engineering background with algorithms and data structures knowledge.
• Experience in Linux and Docker for RESTful APIs delivery.
• Nice-to-have cloud, distributed systems, and CI/CD exposure.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks to achieve the project's technical vision.
• Support data science projects from prototype to production with toolkit libraries.
• Develop libraries and services for common ML product requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize ML models.
• Advocate adoption of toolkit libraries and services.
