Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer for the Enhanced Modeling and Simulation team to support the Joint Warfare Analysis Center and DoD partners. You will collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to build intelligent systems and simulations.

Apply your expertise in C++, Java, and ML, work across full software lifecycles, and help design high-performance data pipelines and containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE with at least 30 math/CS credits.
• 4+ years in software design for simulation systems.
• Proficient in C++/Java; Python or R scripting.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of modeling networks and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and deploy ML algorithms for software and hardware.
• Design systems using mathematical modeling and analysis.
