Job summary

Solventum is seeking an ML Engineer to build and maintain the AI pipelines powering healthcare information systems. You’ll implement automated workflows, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure secure, scalable AI services in production.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to bridge data science with software development, focusing on MLOps, data reliability, and production stability. This role offers remote work with travel up to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering or data engineering, with at least 2 years focused on machine learning production environments.

Responsibilities

• MLOps & Deployment: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, deploying models as scalable APIs/microservices, and basic monitoring of production models.
• Data Engineering & Integration: Develop ETL pipelines (FHIR/HL7), build feature stores, and integrate ML outputs with core healthcare apps.
• Engineering Best Practices: Write clean Python, use Docker/Kubernetes, and ensure HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.
