Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. is seeking a machine learning engineer to contribute to building, maintaining, and improving ML models for real-world problems.

You will train models with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Databricks, and Spark, and gather data using PySpark to improve model performance. You will develop scalable Python services, deploy microservices with Kubernetes and AWS, and implement data pipelines for ingestion, validation, cleaning, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Databricks, and Spark.
• Gather data for model training with PySpark and implement data pipelines (ingest, validation, cleaning, monitoring).
• Develop, test, and debug software in Python and via command line tools.
• Create scalable APIs in Python; contribute to microservices with Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, Istio.
• Translate model designs into production-ready solutions; set up CI/CD and source control with Git.
