Job summary

Polluxa, Inc. seeks a senior ML leader to design and deploy large-scale AI/ML systems for a data platform. You will oversee end-to-end ML development, including deployment, evaluation, and data processing to support rapid search and decision-making.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, a track record in ML infrastructure, and ability to manage teams. Candidates with advanced degrees are preferred and a strong background in speech/audio or RL is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 8 years of software development experience.
• 5 years in Speech/Audio ML, RL, ML infra, or ML specialization.
• 5 years leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure.
• 3 years in technical leadership, plus 2 years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML systems from scratch for data platform.
• Process exabytes of data rapidly and enable search within 30 minutes.
• Augment customer data with context for security analysts.
• Provide data management capabilities like removal and archival.
• Drive roadmap and execution of data intelligence indexing & enrichment, focusing on Spanner infrastructure.
