Job summary

Kensho, the Kensho division of S&P Global, is seeking a mid-level Machine Learning Engineer in Cambridge, MA. You will work on agentic AI systems, enabling advanced report generation, research workflows, and retrieval of structured and unstructured data with NLP techniques.

The role involves hands-on ML lifecycle work and collaboration across teams to deploy scalable, robust AI solutions. We offer a competitive base salary with annual incentive bonus and equity plans, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on ML, NLP, and information retrieval experience.
• Experience across the full ML lifecycle from problem framing to production.
• Strong Python skills and software development best practices.

Responsibilities

• Solve challenges in agentic design and LLM orchestration.
• Participate in all stages of the ML lifecycle from problem framing to production.
• Leverage proprietary structured data and NLP techniques to extract insights.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Design, and Engineering to build Agents.
• Work with ML Ops to automate the ML systems lifecycle.
