Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on ML, NLP, and information retrieval experience.
• Experience across the ML lifecycle from problem framing to production deployment.
• Strong Python programming and software development practices.
• Experience with agent orchestration tools like LangGraph and LangFuse.

Responsibilities

• Solve challenges in agentic design and LLM orchestration, including context engineering and memory management.
• Participate in all stages of the ML lifecycle from data exploration to model deployment and monitoring.
• Leverage structured and unstructured data using NLP to extract business insights.
• Collaborate with Data, Product, Design, and Engineering to build Agents enhancing user experiences.
• Work with ML Ops to automate the ML lifecycle from design to deployment.
