Job summary

Makpar seeks an ML Engineer to join our growing team in the United States. You will develop, train, test, and optimize ML models, build data pipelines, and integrate models with data platforms and APIs.

The role emphasizes technical leadership within Agile teams and collaboration with data engineers and software developers. Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a technical field and hands-on Python, Databricks, and ML experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience developing, training, evaluating, and optimizing ML models with Python and libraries.
• Hands-on Databricks experience for data processing and ML workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and REST APIs integration.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex problems with Appian and supporting platforms.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews.
• Design BPM-based business logic, processes, and UI screens.
• Provide technical leadership to Agile teams.
• Design architectural frameworks and resolve integration issues.
• Develop ML models for predictive analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Create reusable data pipelines and feature engineering.
