Endiatx in Hayward, CA is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to lead end-to-end development and deployment of endoscopic image analysis systems on-site. You will own the ML lifecycle, design computer vision models with PyTorch, and optimize for accuracy, latency, and compute constraints.

Requirements include 4+ years of ML engineering, production CV model deployments, strong Python and PyTorch skills, and experience with MLOps and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying production computer vision models.
• Strong foundation in deep learning.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: data curation, model development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Design, train, and validate computer vision models using PyTorch.
• Develop image enhancement pipelines for in vivo constraints.
• Optimize model performance for accuracy, latency, and compute constraints.
• Implement neural compression techniques.
• Deploy models into production with CI/CD and monitoring.
• Contribute to localization and pose estimation, perception systems.
• Mentor interns and junior engineers; communicate technical work clearly.
