Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in ML, data science, chemistry, or related field.
• Strong Python skills with Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience processing GC-MS and HPLC-MS data in large datasets.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML models for processing mass spectrometry and chromatography data.
• Build software solutions to automate chemical data analysis and interpretation.
• Integrate ML into analytical pipelines for property prediction and anomaly detection.
• Optimize data structures for high-throughput chemical analysis.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize software performance.
