Qualifications

• 4-12 years of experience building, deploying, and operating ML systems in production.
• Broad knowledge of ML fundamentals with practical application experience.
• Proficiency in developing models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience writing production-quality code, particularly in Python; Golang is a plus.
• Familiarity with ML systems including data pipelines and model monitoring.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of product impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of large-scale ML systems.
• Set technical direction to achieve measurable user and business outcomes.
