Job summary

Higgsfield AI is seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer focused on Ads to elevate our advertising platform. You will work at the intersection of large-scale ML, generative AI, and advertising systems, building models and infrastructure that determine how creative is generated, ranked, and optimized for performance.

This role requires deep experience with ads systems, LLMs, prompt engineering, and production ML, plus the ability to operate across research and engineering and deliver

Qualifications

• Deep experience building ML systems for advertising.
• Strong understanding of ads systems: ranking, targeting, creative optimization.
• Hands-on with LLMs, multimodal models, or generative AI.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and model evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve ML systems powering advertising products (ranking, recommendation, targeting, prediction, optimization).
• Develop models to improve ad creative quality, relevance, personalization, and performance at scale.
• Connect generative models with real-world ad signals; create feedback loops to improve outputs.
• Apply prompt engineering and post-training techniques for advertising and creative use cases.
• Tune and evaluate foundation models for creative/advertising objectives.
• Design and run experiments across creative generation, ranking, targeting, and delivery.
• Build production ML systems that operate reliably at scale from experimentation to serving.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Engineering, and GTM to turn AI advances into usable products.
