Job summary

Anyscale is seeking a Software Engineer to join the ML DevX team. You will help shape the experience layer of the platform, building tools and interfaces for discovering, configuring, running, observing, and productionizing AI workloads.

You’ll work across the stack—from developer tooling to cloud infrastructure and the Ray runtime—ensuring scalable, reliable, and intuitive experiences for developers and coding agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience writing high-quality production code.
• Strong background in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
• Experience with modern ML tooling - PyTorch, MLflow, data catalogs, and similar.
• Hands-on experience building and operating highly available services in production.
• Strong product instincts and a track record of shipping developer-facing tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain developer tooling and platforms for MLDevX.
• Collaborate with users and field teams to scope, ship, and iterate products.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of backend services across the stack.
