Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help train advanced AI models by documenting expert reasoning and decision-making processes. This fully remote, hourly contracting role emphasizes structured thinking and reproducible results.

You'll generate high-quality training data, review AI-generated reasoning steps, and work independently on flexible hours (10–40 per week). A strong ML background and advanced degree are required.

Qualifications

• Professional background in Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex reasoning processes in a clear, structured, and reproducible way.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to spot flawed logic and correct it.

Responsibilities
