Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to deploy ML models and build GenAI solutions for enterprise environments. You will implement MLOps practices, design scalable pipelines, and integrate Azure AI Foundry tooling with Power Platform and Teams to support data-driven decisions.

The role offers flexibility with an “Office as an option” model, remote or hybrid work, and access to training resources.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry building enterprise AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding.
• Experience integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Teams, Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata-based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt design, and troubleshooting agents.
• Familiarity with Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working with Data Science teams to implement Machine Learning models into production
• Design, delivery GenAI solutions
• Practical and innovative implementations of LLM/ML/AI automation, for scale and efficiency
• Design, delivery and management of industrialized processing pipelines
• Defining and implementing best practices in ML models life cycle and ML operations/LLM operations
• Implementing AI /MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and supporting Data Science teams in best practices
• Gathering and applying knowledge on modern techniques, tools and frameworks in the area of ML Architecture and Operations
• Gathering technical requirements & estimating planned work
• Presenting solutions, concepts and results to internal and external clients
• Creating technical documentation

What We're Looking For:

• At least 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio / Azure AI Foundry with hands‑on experience in building enterprise AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of Topics, triggers, variables, routing, fallback handling, Generative Answers, RAG, and knowledge grounding is required.
• Should be comfortable integrating with Power Automate, SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams, Azure AI Search, and Azure OpenAI/Foundry models.
• Experience with citations, metadata‑based retrieval, multilingual handling, prompt/instruction design, and troubleshooting agent.
• Understanding of Power Platform ALM, Azure services, security, environments, and DEV/UAT/PROD deployments would be an advantage.
