The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The Marketing Communications Specialist will support the USAC Marketing team in developing and executing integrated communication strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and campaign performance across Solventum’s dental solutions portfolio. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders, channel partners, and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of marketing assets.

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with a broad range of marketing team members to develop and implement campaigns and media calendars
  • Content Development: Create and manage marketing collateral including newsletters, social media posts, flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and product messaging
  • Brand Transition: Assist in the Solventum brand transition by updating product content, coordinating communications with team members and developing messaging to help communicate this change to customers, channel partners and our internal teams
  • Event Coordination: Support creation of content and messaging for promotional events, tradeshows, and product launchings including logistics, vendor coordination and on-site leadership (as needed)
  • Budget Management: Coordinate tracking of all spend across agency partners and update quarterly budget tracker on a monthly basis
  • Vendor Management: Manage and direct agency partners while managing budgets set forth in campaign plans
  • Content Compliance: Review content for accuracy and compliance and manage content creation workflow – input on brief development, agency management, content review, content approval and content upload
Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in marketing, sales, brand, or agency environments preferably within healthcare or dental industries, but other private, public, government or military environments are acceptable

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Deep understanding of the dental market and/or dental products
  • Three (3) years of marketing, communication, sales, agency, public relations or business management experience in the Dental, Orthodontic or Medical environment
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
  • MBA degree from an accredited institution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Eloqua, SalesForce, and other communication platforms and tools
  • Proficiency in SEO, paid media, email marketing, and campaign execution

Compensation and Benefits Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $94,018 – $114,911, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.
