Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of bills and timely payment processing
• Stock and replenish bar inventory; garnish and prepare ingredients
• Input orders into the POS and manage guest checks
• Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the bar
