Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon in Bel Air, MD is seeking bartenders to provide excellent service, mix drinks, manage the bar area, and engage with guests to enhance dining and nightlife experiences. Minimum 21 years old, 1–3 years preferred but training is available, and ABC or TIPS certifications are encouraged.

• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and cocktails.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills.

• Must work well in a bustling environment with high energy.
• Candidates should be flexible with late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks per recipes and preferences.
• Monitor bar stock, assist in restocking items.
• Keep bar area clean and organized, including glassware and tools.
• Process payments, manage tabs, and record sales.
• Adhere to health and safety and responsible alcohol service rules.
• Engage with guests to create a lively atmosphere.
