Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Entry Level Mixing operator on 2nd shift (3:30pm–12:00am, Mon–Fri) in the Brookhaven area. You will operate Mixing and Granulation equipment per SOPs, ensure 100% cGMP compliance, and support production quality through careful observation and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities include verifying room release, cleaning procedures, equipment operation, weighing verification, and accurate batch documentation.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes and communicates in English.
• High school level math and basic mechanical skills.
• Willing to work extended hours when required.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify room release status before starting Mixing and Granulation.
• Learn and operate Mills, Co-Mills, Vibro Sifter, and Drying Ovens with trays.
• Perform A/B cleaning of V blenders and PIAB per SOP; maintain equipment list.
• Operate or tend machines to mix/blend/granulate materials; monitor safety and efficiency.
• Verify weighing scales and calibration; cross-check ingredients against PBR entries.
• Record steps and maintain Production batch records; keep area clean and organized.
• Familiarize with the staging area for dispensing batches.
