Job summary

Conagra Brands’ Henning plant is hiring for a production associate on the 5:00 PM–5:15 AM shift to help produce PAM cooking spray. You will join a team of over 150, monitor the mixing process, and support safe, reliable, high‑quality production while upholding food safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include combining raw ingredients, operating compounding equipment, oversight of sanitation, forklift usage, GMP/PPE compliance, and identifying food safety risks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Forklift operator experience.
• Willingness to work overtime to support production demand.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work in a noisy environment with varying temperatures.
• Commitment to safety, sanitation and food‑handling expectations.

Responsibilities

• Combine raw ingredients according to product recipes and operate all related compounding equipment.
• Oversee sanitation and preventive maintenance activities within the compounding department.
• Use a forklift to carry, stage, and transport raw ingredients.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, and all Conagra policies.
• Identify food safety risks and elevate issues.
