Job summary

Ready Mixed Concrete Co., a CRH Company, is seeking a Ready-Mix Driver to transport freshly mixed concrete from the plant to job sites in a safe, on-time manner. Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections, safe truck operation on public roads, and basic maintenance.

Qualifications include a Class A or B CDL, DOT medical card, and ability to read maps and use GPS. Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess and maintain a Class A or Class B CDL.
• Must meet all DOT regulations and safety requirements.
• Read and interpret maps and GPS information for routing.
• Capable of basic truck maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concrete from plant to job site safely and on schedule.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required paperwork.
• Operate mixer truck and adjust equipment as needed for load.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays when required.
