Qualifications

• Experience or ability to operate HMI panels is a plus.
• Ability to work with teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong math and reading skills for batch calculations and logs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high attention to detail while prioritizing safety.
• Pre-weight ingredients and set up batches.
• Operate and monitor automated mixing system via HMI panels.
• Perform start-up/shutdown, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure products meet quality specs and logs are accurate.
• Handle weight checks and log lot codes for ingredients.
• Assist QA with slurry samples and batch documentation.
