Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL and DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record with a focus on safety.

• Willing to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.
• Experience as a Mixer Operator is a plus, but newcomers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix safely.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality.
• Deliver excellent customer service at job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance.
• Follow DOT/OSHA safety protocols and company rules.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate routing with dispatch and plant teams.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
