Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators in the United States. You will deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites, operate concrete mixer trucks with Class A or B CDL, and uphold safety and customer-service standards.

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, work in all weather.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience as Mixer Operator/Ready Mix Driver is a plus—welcoming newcomers.
• Willingness to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect everyone.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
