Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to join our team in Colorado. As a Ready Mix Truck Driver, you will safely operate a concrete mixer, load and deliver to commercial and residential sites, and provide excellent customer service while representing SRM on every job.

You’ll perform pre-trip inspections, follow DOT and company safety protocols, maintain delivery records, and coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing. CDL Class A or B and a current Medical Card are required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required and a current DOT Medical Card.
• Safe driving record with history of responsible driving.
• Strong customer service mindset and professionalism on-site.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.

• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
