Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites and return home daily. If you have a Class A or B CDL and a safety-focused, service-oriented mindset, this is a strong fit.

You will operate concrete mixers, ensure on-time deliveries, examine concrete to meet specs, and uphold SRM's values with customers. Class A or B CDL and DOT medical card required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete.

• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM's pre-employment screenings.
