Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a CDL Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix to residential and commercial sites while representing SRM with a service-first attitude.

You will load and deliver concrete, perform safety inspections, and maintain records. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliability, with home daily shifts and opportunities for bonuses and annual raises.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Customer service orientation and professionalism in interactions with clients.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
• Experience as Mixer Operator/Ready Mix Driver is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork when coordinating with dispatch and plant teams.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every site and represent SRM professionally.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
