SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL truck drivers) in Covington, GA. You will safely transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites, while delivering outstanding customer service on every stop.

As the face of SRM at job sites, you’ll perform pre-trip inspections, maintain accurate records, and cooperate with dispatch to keep loads on time. We offer home daily, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow with a national leader.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL) to safely deliver ready mix to sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs and quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service at every job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
