SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL drivers) to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites. With a Class A or B CDL, you’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries and professional service.

You will perform pre/post trip inspections, coordinate with dispatch, and assist with plant duties. SRM offers competitive pay, strong benefits, and daily home time, with no Sunday work.

Qualificações

• Active Class A or B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willing to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
• Experience as Mixer Operator or Ready Mix Driver is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
