Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a safety‑minded Mixer Operator to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential job sites. You’ll operate concrete mixer trucks (Class A or B CDL), load and inspect concrete, and provide top‑notch customer service on every delivery.

You'll work with dispatch to plan routes, perform pre/post trip checks, and uphold DOT/OSHA safety standards. This role keeps you home daily and offers growth through a growing nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
