Job summary

SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) is seeking a Mixer Operator to safely deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate concrete mixer trucks (Class A or B CDL), load and inspect concrete, and provide excellent customer service on every job.

You’ll perform pre- and post-trip checks, follow DOT/OSHA safety guidelines, and coordinate with dispatch to keep routes efficient. This role offers home daily, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and professional conduct at sites.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in all weather.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
