Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites. You will operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A or B), load and inspect concrete, and provide excellent customer service while upholding safety standards.

You’ll perform pre- and post-trip checks, maintain records, and coordinate with dispatch. SRM emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities for growth and a supportive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A/B) to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet exact specifications and quality standards.
• Provide professional customer service and represent SRM Concrete at job sites.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Adhere to all DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and coordinate with dispatch for routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre-and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
