SRM Concrete is seeking a skilled Mixer Operator (CDL required) in Montgomery, AL. You will operate a concrete mixer truck, load and deliver ready mix to job sites, and maintain safety and quality standards with a strong service mindset.

Home daily with local routes, overtime after 8 hours, and opportunities for growth within a nationwide leader. Applicants should hold an active Class A or Class B CDL, a DOT Medical Card, and a proven safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at each site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
• Follow all safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
