Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, memos, procedures, and plans.
• Ability to write checklists and other basic documentation and correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the batching process and ensure a constant flow of mix to the packaging lines.
• Prepare and supply premix or weighed ingredients for production in compliance with company standards.
• Maintain and correctly document food safety paperwork and allergen controls.
• Communicate with internal personnel to maximize productivity and ensure timely ingredient deliveries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow safety procedures.
